Delivery Policy
Delivery Time: We deliver all orders within 10 working days after the order is successfully placed and confirmed.

- Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner availability.
- Delivery is counted in working days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- In case of unexpected delays (weather, courier issues, remote locations), we will keep you updated through email/phone/WhatsApp (if applicable).
Shipping & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details (if available) to monitor your delivery status.
Please ensure that your address, phone number, and PIN code are correct at the time of placing the order to avoid delays.
No Return Policy
🚫 No Returns Allowed Due to the nature of our products (health, wellness, skincare, haircare, and hygiene-related items), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received
We take packaging seriously, but in rare cases, if you receive:

- a wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

- Unboxing video (recommended)
- Clear images of the product and packaging
